Armed citizen who shot Oklahoma gunman told worried crowd, 'I'm here to help'

A man armed with a gun walked into Louie's On The Lake restaurant at the dinner hour and opened fire, wounding two customers, before being shot dead by two handgun-carrying citizens in the parking lot, police said.
