Father of boy in daring 'Spider-Man' rescue in Paris was out playing Pokemon Go, prosecutor says

The father of a 4-year-old boy who was rescued by an immigrant later dubbed as “Spider-Man” while dangling from a fifth-floor balcony in Paris, France, had left the apartment and was playing Pokemon Go, the city’s chief prosecutor says.
