Hungary looks to Constitution to keep immigrants out

The Hungarian government proposed constitutional amendments and a new law Tuesday intended to prevent Hungary “from becoming an immigrant country” by further tightening its policies on accepting refugees and asylum-seekers. The law would make it a criminal offense to promote "illegal migration."
