Top North Korean official travels to New York

A top North Korean official is heading to the U.S. for talks aimed at salvaging a summit between North Korean leader Kim Jong Un and President Trump. Kim Yong Chol, one of Kim Jong Un's most trusted aides, departed Beijing for New York Wednesday.
