Lithuania, Romania breached human rights of al-Qaeda suspects by aiding CIA torture, EU court rules

Lithuania and Romania breached Europe's human rights convention by allowing the CIA to torture two al-Qaeda suspects at secret detention sites in the two countries, the European Court of Human Rights ruled.
