Man who successfully rode out Florence on his boat says he napped a lot

'This wasn't a bad storm,' Masten Cloer mused of Florence, which came ashore as a hurricane on Friday near Wilmington, North Carolina, located roughly 50 miles to the northeast of Cloer and his boat.
