Pit bull from 'Once Upon a Time in Hollywood' named top dog of Cannes Film Festival

Quentin Tarantino accepted the Palm Dog – a riff on Cannes' top prize, the Palme d'Or – on behalf of the pit bull from "Once Upon a Time."
